How Elle TENS rental works
- Book online – Choose Elle TENS or Elle TENS 2, pick your rental start date (when your hire package will arrive), and checkout in a few minutes.
- Delivered to your doorstep or letterbox – Your maternity TENS arrives with new pads, batteries, clear instructions, and a Women’s Guide full of tips.
- Use for pregnancy, labour, and postpartum – 6‑week hire gives you time to practise and then use Elle TENS when labour starts and in the early days after birth.
- Easy returns – A prepaid postage label is included; just seal the parcel and drop it into any SingPost posting box with a pull‑down handle.
When to book your Elle TENS
Book early and choose a start date around 36–37 weeks of your pregnancy (when you’ll receive your hire package).
Your Elle TENS will arrive in time to practise, use for late‑pregnancy back discomfort, and have ready when labour starts.

How are the rental units cleaned and sanitised between families?
Each Elle TENS unit and accessories are checked, tested, and sanitised after every rental.
You receive brand‑new electrode pads, fresh batteries, and a new reusable wet bag in your package.

When does my 6‑week rental start and end?
Your rental runs for 42 days from the start date you choose, and we’ll show your return date clearly on your confirmation email.
When can I start using Elle TENS?
You can start using your maternity TENS from around 37 weeks, following the user guide and any advice from your doctor or midwife.
How do I return my Elle TENS?
Send it back by your return date using the included prepaid trackable label, drop it into a SingPost POPDrop machine, keep your proof of posting, and let us know it’s on the way.
What if I need more time with the unit?
If you just need a bit longer, you can extend your rental for S$10 per extra week or part week until the unit gets back to us.
What if I would like to keep the unit?
If you’d like to keep the device instead of returning it, we’ll simply charge the usual retail price and deduct whatever you’ve already paid for rental.
What if the unit is lost or damaged?
If the unit or any reusable parts are lost or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, a replacement fee may apply, up to the full retail value of the items.
Does TENS works for everyone?
Many mums find TENS a gentle, drug‑free way to feel more in control of labour sensations, and just like any comfort measure, it isn’t a promise or guarantee.

- When your parcel arrives, please open it as soon as you can, check everything inside, and let us know right away if anything is missing or doesn’t look right so we can fix it quickly.
- We take pride in providing you with a working unit and friendly support during your rental; if something unexpected goes wrong with the rental itself, our liability is limited to the rental charges paid, in line with our full terms and conditions.
