Delivery
Every purchase and every rental kit ships free by SingPost tracked post. Order by 2pm on a working day and it leaves us that day; after 2pm, the next working day.
You'll get an email with your tracking link when it ships, and a WhatsApp from us when it's in your letterbox or at your door. Two working days is the usual; public holidays and peak periods can add a day.
We deliver within Singapore only.
Choosing your rental start date
When you place a rental order, you pick your start date: the day you'd like the kit to arrive. We suggest around 36 weeks, so you're familiar with your Elle TENS by full term and ready to use it from 37 weeks.
Your 42 days begin on your start date, the day the kit reaches you.
Self-collection
Prefer to pick it up? We're at Singapore 598749. Place your order online, then WhatsApp us on 8774 3049 with the time you'd like to collect, and we'll send you the full address. We're a home office, so collection is by arrangement only; there are no walk-ins. Rental kits, new machines and accessories are usually ready within half an hour, same day.
If it hasn't arrived
We message you the day it reaches your letterbox or door. If it isn't there when you look, tell us the same day and we'll trace it with SingPost straight away.
Returning your rental kit
Your kit comes with a Ready to Return card and a prepaid SingPost label. The card shows what comes back (the machine, leadwire and lanyard) and what's yours to keep. Place the return items in the original carton, seal it with the sticker provided, and stick the prepaid label over the old one. Take a photo of the sealed parcel, drop it at any SingPost POPDrop kiosk (open 24/7; choose Drop off & Return), and photograph the confirmation screen. Send both photos to us on WhatsApp; they're your proof of postage, and the drop-off date is what counts for your 42 days.
