The same genuine electrodes supplied with every Elle TENS® machine — sized for labour, larger than the standard physio pads. At 40mm x 100mm, each pad covers the part of your back where contractions are felt most, holding a steady, even connection for as long as your labour takes.

Self-adhesive with a hypo-allergenic, long-lasting gel, they're latex-free and kind to sensitive skin. No extra gel, nothing to prepare — you peel, place, and press. Return them to their backing between uses.

A spare pack also means a fresh pair ready for after the birth — once skin-to-skin and first feeds are done, a pair on your lower abdomen eases afterbirth contractions in those first few days.

Directions for Use

Connect lead wires securely to the electrodes
Clean the skin thoroughly. Allow skin to dry before applying the electrodes.
Remove electrodes from liner (see diagram B), and place them on the skin. Ensure that the entire surface adheres to the skin.
After use, place the electrodes on the liner and store them in the pouch. Use the zip-lock for optimum storage of the electrodes.
Increase the adhesiveness, if needed, by adding a few drops of water onto the adhesive area and gently rub the surface.
