Before you message
Rent or buy?
Renting costs less for one birth, and the kit comes with everything you need: cleaned and sanitised, checked and retested, new batteries already in. It goes back when you're done.
Buy if you'd rather have one that's yours from new. The Elle TENS Plus is purchase-only, and adds a pelvic-floor mode from 12 weeks after birth.
When should I book, and when does the kit arrive?
Choose a start date in your 36th week, that's the day you'd like the kit in your hands. It's with you before 37 weeks, when the rehearsal that makes the day feel familiar begins.
Delivery takes two working days from booking. If you're collecting, either in person or by courier, pick today as the start date and it's ready today.
I need it today, can I send a courier instead of collecting?
Yes, any time up to 11pm. Book a Grab Express or Lalamove, and we'll have the kit ready and send you the pickup address.
If labour has started and it's later than that, call — we'll sort it.
How do I place the pads and set up the machine?
Two pairs, either side of your spine: one at bra-strap level, one just below your waist at your panty line.
In a rental kit the batteries are already in, so setting up is new pads on, leadwires in, switch on. And do a full run-through before the day, not on it.
