Looking after it

Wash it the way you wash your hands, and it will last.

Lather your hands under warm running water, wash the probe in the same lather, rinse every trace of soap from both, dry it with a clean cloth and let it air dry.

Do that before the first use and after every use. Do not soak it.

The probe is a fully sealed unit, which is what makes cleaning that simple.

Kept like that, it is ready whenever you are.

Before you start

Not during pregnancy.
Not until at least twelve weeks after birth, and not until your medical care provider has given you a clean bill of health.
Not during your period, and not while you have a urinary or vaginal infection.
Not at the same time as a diaphragm, cervical cap or coil, unless the maker of that device confirms the two are safe together.
Not if you have a history of carcinoma at the site of stimulation.
One probe, one woman, for vaginal use only.
Machine switched off whenever you handle, insert or remove the probe.
Connect it only to your Elle TENS Plus leadwire, and only to your Elle TENS Plus.

No, because the two were tested as a pair.

Every step of strength in PELVIC mode, and the warning that shows if the probe is not seated well, were worked out with the Sensaprobe in place.

A mismatched probe can cause sudden changes in contact, and those produce brief, involuntary muscle movements.
